I really like this location alot so I decided to go here again. It was also a gorgeous day as well and I do live close to here. Train 1 @ 5:50 PM: an eastbound GO Transit train coming out of the Willowbrook Yard on the Willowbrook Lead track led by 2 GO Transit MPI MP40PH-3C's in elephant style! This is kind of a rare sight unless it's starting to become common. Train 2 @ 5:57 PM: an eastbound GO Transit train [GO 926 I believe] led by a GO Transit MPI MP40PH-3C. Train 3 @ 6:03 PM: VIA 76 led by a VIA Rail Canada GMD F40PH-2 with 3 stainless steel BUDD cars reverses on the outbound VTMC track into the Via Toronto Maintenance Centre. Train 4 @ 6:09 PM: a westbound VIA Rail Canada train VIA 95 from Toronto-Niagara Falls led by a VIA Rail Canada GE P42DC. Train 5 @ 6:28 PM: GO 926 returns to Willowbrook Yard after it's run from Burlington GO station to Union station with a GO Transit MPI MP40PH-3C pushing. Trains 6 and 7 @ 6:56 PM: an eastbound GO Transit train GO 928 led by a GO Transit MPI MP40PH-3C meets a westbound GO Transit train GO 927 with a GO Transit MPI MP40PH-3C pushing. Train 8 @ 7:16 PM: an eastbound GO Transit train coming out of Willowbrook Yard on the Willowbrook Lead track led by a GO Transit MPI MP40PH-3C and a GO Transit GMD F59PH in elephant style. Train 9 @ 7:23 PM: a westbound VIA Rail Canada train VIA 79 led by a VIA Rail GMD F40PH-2 in the last Spider-Man 2 paint scheme!!! Train 10 @ 7:51 PM: a CN Hi-Rail truck hauls 3 CN Ballast Hopper cars into the CN portion of the yard in Willowbrook yard using the VTMC Outbound track. Train 11 @ 7:52 PM: an eastbound Amtrak train VIA 98/AMTK 63 from Niagara Falls to Toronto Union station. Train 12 @ 7:55 PM: an eastbound GO Transit train GO 930 led by a GO Transit MP40PH-3C. Train 13 @ 8:04 PM: a westbound GO Transit train GO 929 with a GO Transit MP40PH-3C pushing. Train 14 @ 8:24 PM: a westbound GO Transit train with a GO Transit on it's way to Niagara Falls with a GMD F59PH and a GO Transit MPI MP40PH-3C pushing. I wasn't sure of the ID so if someone can tell me I will put it in. Train 15 @ 8:26 PM: A VIA Rail Canada train VIA 1 The Canadian reverses out of the VTMC Outbound with 2 VIA Rail GMD F40PH-2's pushing getting ready to head up north. Train 16 @ 8:32 PM: The Amtrak train VIA 98/AMTK 63 reverses back into the VTMC using the VTMC Outbound track with the Amtrak GE P42DC pushing. There is always a ton of trains around the lakeshore line.. maybe not freightwise because the last few times i've been here there has not been 1 CN train. The only CN train I have heard was that one was leaving Willowbrook Yard and proceeding west and not east towards Toronto.. so I wouldn't get it. I was very happy with the trains I have seen and I know for sure I will be here more often just as much as Kipling GO station.
