Solukon’s SFP770 is the world’s first postprocessing system to include both an automatic unpacking station and a cleaning station for SLS components. The station is compatible with the 3D printing system EOS P 770 (with adapters for EOS P 1 and P 5) and is able to unpack and clean the polymer parts directly from the build box of the 3D printer. The SFP770 thus takes a significant step towards a more comfortable, safer and more efficient postprocessing of polymer parts. The unpacking and cleaning process of the SFP770 1. Unpacking After closed by a vibration excited sieve cover, the build box swivels overhead to unpack the plastic components. The loose powder is extracted directly and contamination-free from the sieve cover and is conveyed to a recycling unit. 2. Cleaning The unpacked parts reach a rotating basket for automatic blasting with glass beads and ionized air. You can easily program process parameters such as swivel angle, beam intensity and distance, or basket rotation. Unpacking and cleaning of the polymer components run independently of each other, so that a new build box can be unpacked while the cleaning process of the first build job is still running. Safety and connectivity of the postprocessing system Reliable explosion protection is provided by the stainless steel construction, ATEX-compliant components and the safety-monitored extraction of dusts. Furthermore, the SFP770 is industry 4.0 ready with an OPC UA interface. Learn more about the postprocessing system for polymers here: 👉https://www.solukon.de/en/depowdering...
