Hey peep! If anyone that has at least 2 sparks hasn't had a go at running the two in full stereo with the help of a stereo chorus pedal in front of them, you are totally missing out on "all the heavenly glory". Even set with the lowest settings it makes a huge difference to your tone and the space it creates around your guitar track. Each of my sparks is set slightly differently tone wise and delay wise. the left is set to 400ms for a couple repeats and the right is set to 800ms. the reverbs are slightly different on each also. the left is the studio a and the right is the cathederal. Anyways, it's a neven ending pursuit of tonal perfection. I've done the best I could with the sparks. Once again calling on my bb+ preamp pedal only for a volume boost and slight tone colour. On my mixer the low cut is engaged, a slight drop on the low eq, a slight bump of 3db at 12khz and about 4db boost to 2.5khz. Nothing else was done post production. The classical guitar wasnt recorded with the spark as it's completely acoustic, so it was mic'd and reverb and compression added in garage band. Sorry if it sounds a bit dull, I don't have any fingernails at the mo. The ryhthm guitars were all double tracked as were the classical guitar parts. Anyhoooo! Enjoy!
