Exhaust system for a 'Grumph' Motorcycle which uses a Triumph 500 Engine in a Greeves Frame, Part 2

In this video I will carry on with the making of an Exhaust system to fit a Grumph/Tri-Greeves, which uses a Triumph 500cc engine fitted into a Greeves Motorcycle Frame. This Section will cover the checking and fitting part of the job. Where the Sand bent pipes i made in the last video, will be checked to make sure they will fit, using a number of different methods. And once i am happy, i will trim the pipes down, to get them to fit the bike. After the pipes have been fitted. I set too making a silencer that will join the two pipes together. This is done using a Cardboard template, which i used to Create a Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) and from there, i printed out my patterns, so i could transfer the design into steel.
