Interview with Carmen, who previously was a YouTube personality on "Off The Great Wall" YouTube Channel. She talks about Asians growing up in different parts of the world. Off The Great Wall produces "funny edu-taining videos about China and Asia. The interview was conducted in front of Foo's Ho Ho Restaurant, the last surviving restaurant in Chinatown still serving Chinese Village Style Cooking. This restaurant was originally named the Ho Ho Restaurant. I asked her what the differences are between Chinese American vs. Chinese Australian vs. Chinese Canadian. I also asked her about how she gets ideas to use in their videos. Carmen was working for a company involved in making the documentary "Confucius Was A Foodie", starring celebrity chef Christine Cushing. I met Carmen and Christine at the Foo's Ho Ho Restaurant, in Vancouver. Foo's Ho Ho was the last Chinese restaurant to serve Chinese village cooking. It has since closed down. I have heard it will be re-opening in the future. I hope so. I miss their Chinese home style cooking.
