Extra Thick Paint Consistency Technique — Rainbow Ring Pour

#ringpour #acrylicpouring #fluidart In this work in order to avoid colors mixing together, I made my paint thinker, its consistency is very close to heavy cream. I also liked that with this thicker consistency, the paint moves slower, giving more control of the pouring process. In each cup, as you can see in the video, I poured white, then the color and added just a drop of black paint to create a contrasting pattern. TIP: To achieve this paint consistency, I added more paint than usual, and less distilled water. TIP: It takes longer for this work to dry. Amsterdam Acrylic Paints: Naphthol Red Deep Primary Yellow Azo Orange Permanent Green Light Brilliant Blue Phthalo Blue Ultramarine Violet Titanium White Lamp Black I used Pebeo Studio Acrylics pouring medium and Paints with a ratio of 1:4 (paint : medium).
