In this video, I go through most of the steps and tools that are used to re-tolex a 4x12 speaker cabinet. Disassembly is pretty straightforward but there are some things that can be tricky. After stripping off the old, I had to sand off all the left over glue with a random orbital and 80 grit pads. The temp outside was almost 100 f. 🥵 I don’t have the ideal workspace but outside is fine if you can avoid debris getting in the glue.
