It was an amazing riverside camping experience and the perfect place to relax and disconnect in nature. This time I went with a friend, but I’ve also had very peaceful solo camping trips here before. We spent a few quiet hours relaxing and then slept in the tent overnight, listening to the soothing sound of the river. I used a simple and Crafuel kitchen setup during this trip and really enjoyed cooking outdoors. I made beef steak tacos with tomato salsa and avocado—so easy and delicious. For dinner, I cooked a comforting meal with meat, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions over the fire. The mood was perfect. A calm, relaxing night by the river, surrounded by nature and water sounds.
