The AMD Ryzen 5 8400F came out in 2024, it has 6 cores with 12 threads, the base frequency is 4.2GHz and the turbo frequency is 4.7GHz. The R5 8400F has a TDP of 65W and has a transistor size of 4 nm. The AMD Ryzen 7 5700X came out in 2022, it has 8 cores with 16 threads, the base frequency is 3.4GHz and the turbo frequency is 4.6GHz. The R7 5700X has a TDP of 105W and has a transistor size of 7 nm. The Nvidia RTX 4090 24GB came out in 2023, it has 24GB of GDDR6X memory with a memory speed of 21Gbps and a bandwith of 384 bits. No settings have been tweaked in Windows, only the bios has been set to the XMP profile to run the ram at its dedicated speed.
