They bbq grill the pork slices which gives a nice flavor to the pork and ramen. The miso is a smooth and creamy blend with earthy tones. The combination of ingredients give a nice balance and texture. The noodle style is set, more a chewy noodle. You can ask for more at a cost of 100¥ for an upgrade. The best thing is the spicy miso, which is their own brand! Amazing!
