The Three Lives of Thomasina

Young Mary MacDhui loves her cat Thomasina more than anything in the world and is more affectionate to it than anyone else, including her father, Dr. MacDhui the veterinarian, who is embittered at the lose of his wife. When Thomasina is injured and needs help her father is in the middle of an important surgery for a blind man's dog and so tells his assistant to dispose of the injured cat. When Lori, a woman ostracized as a witch by the townsfolk, discovers the children having a funeral for the cat, she learns that Thomasina is still alive! Will Dr. MacDhui be able to reconcile with his daughter? While Mary and Thomasina be able to once again meet? Can the doctor's own wounds be healed?
