On the topic of child birth, however, Hill speaks to the eye-opening statistics that reveal a propensity of black women dying during labor, revealing that her cousin of similar age suffered the same fate earlier this year. On the same topic, Hill also references complications that Serena Williams had during her pregnancy, conceding that she lives with a legitimate fear of sharing that same experience. Later on, Hill and Vlad discuss her status as a role model for young black women looking to do something non-traditional, considering the barriers she's helped break down in sports entertainment.
