Next, we calculate the vertical diameter. Finally, we calculate the third parameter which is breast volume. So there is a separate measurement available for that region. That becomes very essential. Understand this and it is very easy. The diameter of the breast implant and diagram both are the same. It can not be larger or smaller. If it is small the breast is not going to be as firm. If the implant base is going to be larger than the breast diameter then it will look abnormal. The base diameter of the implant is the number one criterion to select a breast implant. After doing this we asked the patient what kind of projection are they comfortable with. What profile works for what kind of people? I strongly always recommend that please go for the best quality implant that you can afford. Because it is once in a lifetime procedure. These implants come with a lifetime warranty if they are good quality implants. do not compromise with this at all. I can understand that your budget may be a little lower. Please save money for a few months and get a better quality implant or you can do an EMI. EMI options are also available for breast implant surgery.
