Despite the mother’s efforts, they argue. Eventually, the father intervenes, and the family goes to a hotel. They check the ratings online and choose a hotel with a 4.7 rating. The ambience is good, the soup arrives first, and the family enjoys their meal. Various dishes are ordered — chicken biryani, mutton biryani, parotta — some are good, some not, but they eat anyway. The bill comes to ₹2,200. Everyone feels the impact — the mother realizes the effort she put in at home, and the father supports the children’s choices. Meanwhile, I received suspicious messages on WhatsApp offering online jobs that promise instant money if I click a link. I immediately blocked these numbers. We even tested it experimentally by sending a friend a link, and she received ₹50 instantly. While the task seemed harmless, I advise caution — never compromise your health or safety for quick money. This story highlights how many people rely on convenience and external rewards, sometimes forgetting the value of balanced habits. We often ignore the impact of processed food, junk food, and late-night eating. Even children can develop ulcers or health issues from such habits at an early age. Health and conscious eating are extremely important. Teachers and parents, please note: encouraging children to avoid junk food is crucial. Eating habits today directly affect the future. Night-time eating, addiction to fast food, and processed meals can harm the body. As responsible adults, we must guide children and ourselves toward healthy choices. Remember, happiness comes from health, awareness, and conscious habits.
