We had heard so much about this place and were definitely NOT disappointed. It is like a little slice of Moab, plunked down in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Great trails, beautiful scenery and of course, lots of rocks! And with so many grippy, massive boulders to traverse and rocky protuberances along the way just waiting to get in contact with your paint, low and slow was definitely the order of the day. We all got through the day relatively unscathed, with only minor bumps and scrapes, mostly to our skid plates and one bent control arm bracket. All things considered, it was an acceptable amount of damage for a super fun day of wheeling. We are planning a trip back to K-2 in 2016 very soon, so stay tuned!
