Heyy... guys Myself Niti Saxena Today i will falooda sev/seviyan 1 cup corn starch/flour 2 cup water Sev maker machine Ice Chilled water 1 tsp vegetable oil Grease the sev press and set aside. In a vessel, add a liter of ice cold water and ice cubes and set aside in the fridge. Take a bowl, mix water & cornflour such that there are no lumps. Heat nonstick pan on liw flame, then pour the cornflour mix. Cook on low flame. Keep stirring constantly. The mixture will begin to thicken. Within 2 min mixture turns transparent, glossy and thick. Turn off flame and immediately spoon the hot mixture to a bhujia press or sev machine. Set a plate with small holes of sev machine. You can hold machine with napkin/hanky, because mixture is very hot. Press the hot cornflour mixture through the sev machine into the cold water such that the thin strands of noodles are immersed completely in the cold water. Refrigerate the falooda sev immersed in cold water until use. It can be stored for 7 days in the refrigerator. Divide all falooda sev in 3 portions.
