In the dashboard, you can also see the recent Corporate Actions of the company and requests of Investors to the registrar. In last is the calendar of important events of the company. Hitting any highlighted date will show the details of the event. Shareholding Under the shareholdings menu, there’s a list of active shareholders, which can be filtered with a variety of fields. Categories of Shareholders Magnificently designed ‘Categories of Shareholders’ can be fetched on any particular date. Pattern of Shareholding You can retrieve the ‘Pattern of Shareholding’ report on any date you specified. Free Float The Free Float report is available for any date to see the shares offered to the public. Shareholding History The shareholding snapshot of every day is created to record the historical movement in the data. Investor Requests The issuer can see all the investors’ requests that are pending and completed. Transactions The issuer can also monitor the transactions under process and the completed ones. Statutory Requirements The system is equipped with an exclusive feature of Assisting in the Statutory Filing of S.E.C.P. applicable to the company at a certain time. Statutory Events are auto-generated when the relevant information of the company is changed. For example, if Board member or key executive, or auditor is changed, an event of “Form 29” filing will be generated and notification alerts are sent to the relevant officials. Moreover, a filled “Form 29” will be generated by the system and shared with the Company Secretary for further submission.
