Is Shinso's NEW Tuning Skill BUSTED In My Hero Ultra Rumble?

Season 10 of My Hero Ultra Rumble has brought us a new character Shinso and with him also comes a new tuning skill called Trance Blow. This perk allows other characters to essentially perform his gamma by meleeing enemies, slowing them down in the process and obscuring their vision. Now melee perks right now are incredibly strong so I wanted to see for myself just how strong this tuning skill is and figured I’d pair it with Iida since I haven’t played him in quite some time. The tuning skill definitely comes with its and strengths and weaknesses but I’m curious what all your thoughts on it are.
