為切合市民需求，警務處設計咗新嘅電子報案中心，增添報案分類同埋上載功能等。 電子報案中心仲有其他新功能，包括：設立篩選問題以辨別緊急及非緊急的事故；發出認收憑據，以確認報案人已成功作出舉報；及向報案人發出確認電郵，提供電子報案編號和初步處理人員嘅聯絡資料。 電子報案中心: https://www.erc.police.gov.hk/cmiserc... In view of the increasing usage of the e-Report Room function in recent years, Police designed the e-Report Centre with new features such as case categorisation and uploading functions, to better meet the needs of users. Other new features of the e-Report Centre include raising screening questions to classify emergent and non-emergent cases; issuing acknowledgement slip to the informant to confirm receipt of the report; and issuing confirmation email to the informant with an e-reference number and the contact information of the unit responsible for initial handling of the report. e-Report Centre: https://www.erc.police.gov.hk/cmiserc...
