Watch me disassemble and reassemble the Showa Fork on my 2020 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro. I replaced the OEM fork seals with a SKF Oil/Dust Seal Kit. I also replaced the OEM fork springs with Hyperpro progressive springs from Touratech (or is it Touratech springs from Hyperpro? Well, Hyperpro makes them and Touratech sells them.) All Triumph service manuals can be found at: www.triumphtechnicalinformation.com **UPDATE** This is the new online system Triumph has switched to... unlike the old system, it appears that the subscription cost has been SIGNIFICANTLY reduced.... It was about $9/hr to access manuals.... now it's $8.32/month!!! I'm super stoked about that.... however, it does appear that the option to save/print the documents has gone away, so you have to have your computer in your work station/garage. Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) of all components and tools along with part numbers (also available for purchase) can be found at: www.bike-parts-triumph.com Below is a list of the parts and specialty tools used in this video: SKF Seal Kit: KITG-45S Hyperpro Springs (Touratech) Motion Pro 45mm Seal Driver Motion Pro Fork Oil Level Triumph Fork Spring Compressor - T3880067
