We shot this material in one night in 2008, with no script, just to have footage of these characters for a quick montage in my feature film Shamelessly, which is about another superheroine. However, Billy Smith had written a scene as Blade, and we decided to shoot it as a scene- not for Shamelessly, but as its own thing. Smith Blade, Marvel's half-human, half-vampire daywalker was played by Wesley Snipes in a series of films, and by Kirk "Sticky" Jones on television. The Punisher has been played by Thomas Jane, Dolph Lundgren and others. The Black Widow was played by Scarlett Johansson in Iron Man 2.
