Housewife inTHEmiddle of a #fallrefresh with a #kitchenreset & a #fridgedeepclean In this video I am going to walk you through a couple of days in my simple daily life and do a little fall refresh in my kitchen. I am going to wash the kitchen cabinets inside out and deep clean the fridge. I need a couple of things for the house, so I am going to a shopping trip to JYSK. I will cook some simple, but delicious recipes for my family. I hope you can join me and find a bit of a inspiration or a calm moment where you can relax. Instagram:   / bri_inthemiddle   Cabbage Pasta: 1 Small cabbage 1 bag of pasta 1 onion 1 TBSP honey 1 TSP salt 200 ml water Grate the cabbage or cut it to thin slices. Saute 1 onion and add the cabbage. Add salt and some water. Mix well and cook for about 30 minutes. When the cabbage is almost done add a TBSP of honey and reduce the water. Cook the pasta or make your own and cook it. Gently mix the pasta with the cabbage and serve as a dessert with powdered sugar or as a main dish with salt and pepper. As an addition you can add bacon (which is my personal favourite) Enjoy!
