We did a little light chest and arm workout and got Andrew to pose in our new studio. As you all know Andrew withdrew from the Arnold Ohio and UK as he wanted to concentrate on business and personal life. Andrew was taking training a bit lightly and not in full beast mode so he was taking time in between sets chatting to fans and taking photos.
