The amplitude of angst in the world is palpable, our nervous systems are wound tight, and our bodies, minds and hearts are longing for respite. In order to be strong beacons of truth and love in this wild world, it is important to engage in self care like a holy and vital endeavor. You are invited to join Meg, Ashleigh and the Experience Alaya Community for a nourishing hour of gentle movement, yoga nidra, and meditation to restore your sense of peace, steadiness, vitality, and connection. Please set up a quiet, sacred practice space for yourself for this hour. You will want a soft place on the floor to move and breathe, and a super comfy nest to snuggle into for Yoga Nidra (i.e. a soft cushion for the head, support under the knees, a cozy blanket to warm you, and a light scarf to cover your eyes.) You will also want to have something to sit on for meditation (a cushion on the floor, a chair or the edge of a couch).
