The gimmick for this boss is that it copies the element of your last attack, most Combo Techs will cause it to use a VERY strong physical attack or chop one character's HP by half. Ruby Vests once again are the core element to win this battle without suffering: using Lucca's Fire Techs to deal damage will cause Golem to use Fire attacks which will get reduced by 45%. The rest is easy enough.
