With my flight home just days away, I opened the BA app to double-check my booking, and immediately spotted a red flag: my seat had changed, with zero warning or communication! An aircraft swap dumped me back into BA’s old business class cabin, which was incredibly frustrating given how last-minute it was, and how excited I'd been to finally try BA's new suites. Things only went downhill from there, with the plane under crewed, and understocked, and the overall quality of the experience was seriously disappointing. After paying a hefty amount for the upgrade, I can honestly say I wish I’d never bothered.
