Method for tenders Marinate chicken fingers with all the dry seasonings, flour, soda water, mix well, leave it for 30 mins, before frying roll well in bread crumbs, deep fry till golden and crisp, butter your hotdog buns, heat on fry pan, spread with salad leaves, honey mustard sauce, dash of bbq sauce, top with fried tenders then cheese cut in triangles, top with honey mustard sauce on top of cheese, cover with top piece of bun, serve with fries and honey mustard sauce. Beef Tikka Karahi: Ingredients: Boneless beef 750gm Oil ¼ cup Clarified butter ¼ cup Water 1cup Cumin roasted 1tbsp Chopped green chilies 6 Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp Soy sauce 2tbsp Salt 1tsp Chopped tomatoes ½ kg Black pepper crushed ½ tsp Dried fenugreek 1tsp Coriander leaves 4tbsp Ginger 2tbsp Method: Put oil and clarified butter in a pressure cooker add beef with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, salt and a cup of water cover and cook till beef tender, open cooker and put beef in a wok cook on high flame till water dries, now add tomatoes fry on high flame, then add green chilies, dried fenugreek, seasonings, coriander leaves cook till oil comes on top , lastly add ginger and coriander and serve . Teriyaki Chowmein: Ingredients: Tikka boti ½ packet Boiled egg noodles 1 packet Ingredients for sauce Oil 3 tbsp Crushed garlic 2 tbsp Crushed ginger 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce ½ cup Soya sauce 2 tbsp Brown sugar 2 tbsp Water 1 cup Corn flour dissolved 2 tbsp Sesame seeds 1 tbsp Spring onion 3 tbsp Red bell pepper ½ julienne Method: Fry tikka boti and set aside Method for sauce Heat oil, add crushed ginger garlic, fry for 2 mins, add teriyaki sauce with all the remaining ingredients, cook till boiling, thicken sauce with corn flour paste, add in fried undercut slices with 2 tbsp spring onion leaves and red bell pepper. To serve Spread boiled noodles in your platter, top with beef teriyaki mixture in the center, serve garnished with sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onion leaves.
