The Ferrari F2004 was the best Ferrari F1 car ever made, the car was the evolution of previous Ferrari's championship winning cars (the F2001-F2003). Ferrari first won the title in 2000 21 years after the 1979 title of Jody Scheckter, then they dominated 2001 and even more the 2002 season, but then came 2003 where Ferrari still won both titles but weren't as dominant as previous seasons and so they had to respond in 2004 to keep their lead over the other teams, so that's why Ferrari created the F2004 (to totally dominate the season) first time the car was on the track was at Fiorano (Ferrari's private track) and the engineers were hoping to gain half of a second compared the the previous car the F2003 and the F2004 was... 2 seconds quicker... yes really it was so much that even Ferrari themselves thought the car wasn't legal to be that fast. The FIA controlled that car and was declared legal and so it was gonna be a golden season for Ferrari and it was: 15 wins over 18 races (13 wins for Schumacher and 2 for his teammate Barrichello) and scored 12 poles over 18 (8 for Schumacher and 4 for Barrichello) so without any doubt Ferrari won both Drivers and Constructors championship (by the way won the Constructor championship with more than twice the points over 2nd team B.A.R) and of course Michael Schumacher won his 7th Formula 1 championship and Rubens Barrichello finished 2nd in the Drivers championship and so Ferrari ended up winning everything in 2004 (won both championships and even finished 1-2 in the Drivers championship) clearly the F2004 was the best Ferrari Formula 1 car ever made.
