Highly Requested by: @ZameerNajimi, ‪@AbdirahmanMahamoud-b9e‬ & @Goodmayes679 After completing the N113, I decided to branch off and adventure back into Central London with the N5 as it is a route that I've wanted to do for many years since RATP took it from Metroline - Harrow Weald [HD] & Edgware [EW] Garages; and I have already done the N32 back in Autumn 2024 so yeah. The N5 is operated by First Bus London - (who have recently retained the route); using Gemini 3 B5LH's & Enviro 400 MMC's from Edgware [BT] Garage. I wish that I caught a MMC as I would've got regen and hill revvs from Hampstead, but its calm anyways. The route is a long one that runs from Edgware, Burnt Oak, Colindale, Hendon, Golders Green, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Chalk Farm, Camden Town, Mornington Crescent, Euston, Warren Street, Tottenham Court Road, Soho, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square - for Charing Cross Station. The drivers are meant to terminate their buses at "Whitehall, Trafalgar Square", but then they terminate their buses at the stop before that. This was filmed before RATP left London's operations but as of today and since the February 28th 2025, the route was novated to First Bus. The route itself pretty much follows the Northern Line just like the N20, as there is no daytime equivalent. One thing that was annoying about the the bus I caught (VH45308), was that the blinds didn't show "N5" at the front. However, when I was running errands yesterday, I saw the exact bus on the H12 and the blinds were functioning normally which annoyed me a lot. Other than that, here is the N5!
