Get ready to join our family of four for an epic 3-day getaway to Batam, Indonesia! From lounging in our massive 5-bedroom residence at Montigo Resorts to hitting all the best shopping spots and indulging in a private BBQ, this trip was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. It was truly a blast, and we can't wait to share these memories with you! Day 1: Luxury Beginnings & Mall Hopping Our adventure kicked off at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal for a quick ride to Nongsapura. The resort shuttle whisked us away to the stunning Montigo Resorts, where we checked into our incredible five-bedroom residence—talk about living large! After a quick room service lunch, we dove straight into the swimming pool for some family fun. We ended the day with a trip to Grand Batam Mall for some retail therapy and a delicious dinner at Citra Pempek, followed by a quick grocery run at Top 100 to stock up our villa. Day 2: Savoring Flavors & Retail Therapy We started Day 2 with a delicious breakfast at Tadd’s before heading out for a serious shopping marathon! We explored Mega Mall Batam Centre and Nagoya Hill Mall, stopping for a nostalgic lunch at A&W. Of course, we couldn't leave without some Beard Papa’s pastries for later! The highlight of the evening? A spectacular barbecue dinner prepared right at our resort by our very own private chefs. It was the perfect way to spend our last night! Day 3: Bittersweet Farewell & Cherished Memories Our final morning included one last breakfast at Tadd’s and a scenic walk along the resort’s private pier. We squeezed in some last-minute souvenir shopping at the gift shop before packing up our memories. We headed back to Nongsapura Ferry Terminal for a peaceful, quiet ferry ride back to Singapore.
