It is a steamed snack that is savory, flavorful, and usually serve with a tsp of coconut oil on top of it (or a chutney) or make sweet patrode with tempering. Patrode Recipe | Colocasia leaves | Traditional South Indian Dish Patrode | Pathrode(patholi) Recipe ▶️ Patrode Ingredients (5-6 serving): Colocasia, a tropical plant commonly known as taro or elephant ear, is known by various names in different regions of India.
