Now, I usually don't upload continuity from two different films on Film4 unless necessary. But this is indeed a situation in which it IS necessary. Eleven years ago today, Film4 played two tear-jerking but incredibly beautiful films upon both signoff and startup on the same day. I'm talking Grave of the Fireflies and Howl's Moving Castle. And here are 54 minutes of adverts, promos and idents (as well as a brief cock-up) during those films for you to indulge in as a nice Christmas Eve Eve present.
