You can see awesome green mountains and tea fields there. The word "Sathram" means "resting place" in Malayalam. Long ago, people going to Sabarimala used to take a break here. They'd lie down on the grass, drink water from the streams, and then continue their journey through the forests. Sathram has lots of small hills and grassy areas that look pretty. It's a popular spot for people from all over the world. You can also go off-roading there because the land is bumpy. If you don't want to walk up to the viewpoints, you can take a jeep ride instead.
