Building a Secure Azure Environment – Identity & RBAC (Part 5)

In this video, I configure identity and access control for the secure Azure environment built throughout this series. This is Part 5 of the Secure Azure Environment project where I create Microsoft Entra ID users, define security groups, and assign Azure Role Based Access Control roles to manage permissions across the environment. The goal is to demonstrate how access should be structured in a real world cloud deployment by using group based access and least privilege principles. Instead of assigning permissions directly to users, roles are assigned to groups so access can be managed consistently as the environment grows. This episode builds on previous steps including networking and virtual machine deployment and continues the process of building a structured and secure Azure environment from the ground up.
