Many of us struggle to trust our intuition. We second guess ourselves, overanalyze decisions, and ignore the quiet signals our body and inner wisdom are sending us. This guided meditation to strengthen intuition helps you reconnect with that deeper knowing. In this practice we move through breath awareness, body relaxation, heart and solar plexus connection, and gentle third-eye activation to help you access your intuitive guidance with clarity and trust.
