Finally! Elektron Digitone 2 - the Sequel to the Syntakt?

The Digitone 2 is finally here and our first jam confirms that it's all we hoped it would be! If you're a subscriber of our channel, you know how much we love the Syntakt. But we also shared our wish list with it. Particularly, we miss polyphony, more tracks, a more refined sound palette, an arp, and chorus.The Digitone 2 adds all of that (though sacrifices some great Syntakt features such as the Analog FX Block). On paper, the Digitone 2 is very close to our idea of the perfect groovebox. We recorded this jam straight out of the Digitone 2 stereo outs, just like with the Ableton Move jam last week. While we look forward to Overbridge, it's also quite liberating and fun to just mix and record a jam like this.
