Key Technical Capabilities: Dynamic Void Layout: Automated placement of "bubbles" based on grid parameters, ensuring correct spacing and clearing of solid zones (shear reinforcement areas). Reinforcement Mapping: Generates top and bottom reinforcement meshes, including specialized cages and edge beams, directly linked to Excel structural schedules. Smart "Solid Zone" Calculation: Intelligently identifies and leaves out void formers in high-stress areas (column heads, load-bearing walls) as specified in the data. Automated Takeoffs: Instant calculation of the total number of bubbles, concrete volume (minus void displacement), and total steel weight.
