Isme humne Cheeni (Sugar) ka use bilkul nahi kiya hai! Gud aur Khajur ki natural mithaas aur Gond ki takat aapko sardi bhar healthy rakhegi. New Moms aur Badhti Umar ke liye yeh recipe Best hai. Video end tak dekhein aur jaane wo Secret Masala jo iske fayde dugna kar deta hai! ❤️ 🛒 Saaman (Ingredients) - Desi Ghee: Approx 1/2 Cup (used in parts) 🥄 Baadam (Almonds): 10-11 (Chopped) Kaju (Cashews): 10-11 (Split) Kishmish (Raisins): 2 tbsp Sukha Nariyal (Dry Coconut): 1/4 Cup (Grated/Lachha - Not powder) 🥥 Gond (Edible Gum): 50 grams Daliya (Broken Wheat): 1/4 Cup 🌾 Doodh (Milk): 3.5 Cups Total (3 cups initially + 1/2 cup later) 🥛 Gud (Jaggery): 1/4 Cup (Grated) Khajur (Dates): 1/4 Cup (Chopped & deseeded) Sonth Powder (Dry Ginger): 1 tsp Safed Mirch Powder (White Pepper): 1/2 tsp (or Black Pepper) Elaichi Powder (Cardamom): 1/2 tsp Jaiphal (Nutmeg): 2-3 pinches (Grated) 👩🍳 Banane Ki Asaan Vidhi (Easy Method): Dry Fruits Roasting: Sabse pehle Ghee mein Baadam, Kaju, Kishmish aur Nariyal ko halka roast karke nikaal lein. Gond Frying: Bachi hui Ghee mein Gond ko Low Flame par fry karein taaki wo andar tak phool jaye. Thanda hone par ise crush kar lein. Daliya Cooking: Usi kadhai mein Daliya ko Golden Brown hone tak bhune. Phir 3 cup Doodh daalkar ubaal aane de. Cooking Process: Dheemi aanch par 10 min pakne ke baad jab doodh kam ho jaye, toh Crushed Gond add karein. Sweetener: Ab Gud aur Khajur add karein (Cheeni nahi!). Agar mixture gaadha lage toh 1/2 cup doodh aur dalein. Final Touch: Roasted Dry Fruits aur upar se 3-4 chammach Ghee dalein. Secret Masala: End mein Sonth, Safed Mirch, Elaichi aur Jaiphal dalein. 2 min dhak kar pakayein jab tak Ghee side se alag na ho jaye.
