Well, it is basically Kill All Enemies. Yeah, the category name is not well thought out, be assured that the rest of the category is, though. The Half-Life Kill Counter Mod tracks enemy kills for the purpose of a 100% kills run. Cockroaches, leeches, snarks, rats, baby headcrabs, and unkillable enemies are not tracked.
