Today I show a real classic cookie recipe. These jam cookies shouldn't be missed when presenting your plate of Christmas goodies. Because they are a fresh and fruity variation. Here is the youtube playlist: • Seven days, seven cookies My Facebook page: www.facebook.com/cakeclassics1 My Google plus page: www.plus.google.com/+cakeclassics My Twitter page: www.twitter.com/cakeclassics1 Ingredients for 30 pieces ------------------------- 12.3 oz flour (350 g), 7.05 oz butter (200 g), 5.3 oz sugar (150 g), 1 tbsp Vanillezucker, Lemon peel, 3.5 oz Raspberry jam (100 g), 3.5 oz Mango jam (100 g) , Powdered sugar for spreading, Baking plate, Baking paper, Baking temperature: 356°F (180°C), Baking time: about 10-12 minutes, A bigger and a smaller cookie cutter. Tips for preparation ------------------------- Use cooled ingredients.Cool the dough for at least one hour or overnight in the fridge before rolling. Of course yo can use your own/favorite jams. After baking: Let the cookies cool down on a grid.Store in a cookie box. After some weeks they will taste even better.
