Experience some of the most exciting and rare birding moments from Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary and Surajpur Bird Sanctuary in this video. The video captures the cutest pair of Spotted Owlets, along with a dramatic wildlife encounter where Lapwings bravely attack a Greater Spotted Eagle to protect their territory—an incredible display of courage and survival instincts in nature. After a long time, we were fortunate to spot the Crested Honey Buzzard inside the park. Multiple sightings of Spotted Owlets at different locations made the visit even more special. Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary was full of migratory birds, including Northern Shovelers, Pintails, Common Coots, and other winter visitors. We also recorded sightings of the Long-tailed Shrike and Shikra, a small but powerful raptor. The video also includes beautiful clips from Surajpur Bird Sanctuary, featuring a rare and touching moment of a female Black-necked Stork parenting and protecting her chick from raptors.
