Many of the families they are may be somebody who is willing to donate the kidney but the kidneys are not matching with the recipient that is person who needs the kidney. Somebody who has A group blood and they have their wide or mother with B group, even if they are not willing, they cannot match the kidney and cannot have a transplant. In the bargain, they will be on dialysis, they can never have a transplant. In these situations in similar kind of families, where we have opposite groups, we try to match them and swap the kidneys, this is the place where kidney swap can be performed, they have a donor willing but if we can swap with somebody else, then we can do a transplant. Otherwise they cannot do a transplant.
