'If we don't follow the measures, the work that we did in the hospital and were we suffered for, will more or less have been for nothing!' In this video you'll get to know Ingrid Weerts, a Master student in Artificial Intelligence, who shares her heavy experience with helping during the spread of the Pandemic in March. __ We have been working hard all summer to prepare the classroom & campus for education in times of a pandemic – from the Drift to Utrecht Science Park. But now we need your help and cooperation as well, because we believe we can only do this together! 🙏 Therefore, we'd like to share our new initiative #StudentsUUniting, in which our students share their experiences with the COVID-19 pandemic and spread awareness about the complexity of the issue – which is still very much alive. Stories from our own students who have had a personal encounter with COVID-19, to those who have actively helped to combat it. We hope it makes you realize how heavy the impact of this pandemic has been for some of your young fellow students. We hope this puts into perspective that the Corona Measures are there for a reason, and that we should all take this extremely seriously. ⚠️ We understand that these strange times have not been easy for any of our students, some of which spent months almost entirely in small rooms and away from their friends.
