From Confusion to Clarity: A Man’s Guide to Understanding Women - SABA QCE

Hello everyone, my name is Saba and I am from QCE Group. Throughout my 23-year career, I have built businesses with a combined valuation of 157.5 million. In addition, I have been happily married for the last 16 years and am the proud father of three children. Over the years, I have learned that we all have different perspectives in understanding women. This is a common thread I've noticed, not just in my personal observations, but also among my partners and team members. Every man I've met has struggled to fully understand the women in their life, be it their mothers, sisters, aunts, wives, or daughters. Through my personal experiences and interactions, I've come to realize that we need more than just skills and tools to perform in the world. We also need to tap into our cells and hearts, just like we fuel our bodies to build muscles and brain-boosting nutrients like caffeine or taurine. Interestingly, I've observed that girls seem to tap into this understanding at a younger age, around the time they experience their first period. For instance, when my daughter was just 12 years old, she already demonstrated an emotional understanding that was beyond my comprehension at 30+ years old. Initially, I found myself confused by the different advice my mother, wife, and daughter would share with me. I would question who was telling the truth. However, I eventually realized that they were all telling their own truths. Understanding this allowed me to tap into my heart, becoming a stronger person. It helped me to navigate life's inevitable adversities with more resilience, and to appreciate the love and happiness in my life. In my experience, surrendering to the wisdom of the women in our lives can truly benefit us. Each person in our life comes from a different background and offers unique insights. We can learn so much from them if we are willing to listen and process their perspectives. I believe that understanding this is integral to personal growth. It allows us to tap into our hearts and become stronger individuals. When we achieve this understanding, we can truly be ourselves without fear of judgment or criticism. I have explored this understanding through various avenues, such as the QCE Foods project, which focuses on understanding life from a woman's perspective. I have also delved into science to understand the biological and psychological aspects of this understanding. The key here is not to compare ourselves with other gender, but rather to listen, process, and learn from the women in our lives. This way, we can become more self-aware, confident, and successful in every aspect of our lives, be it business or personal relationships. I am eager to continue sharing my insights through various mediums, including videos and eventually a book. I believe that every man can benefit from understanding the women in their lives better.
