Pumpkin seed oil contains 25.9% of oleic acid and 57% of linoleic acid. It's rich in anti-oxidants and high levels of Vitamins A, C & E and said to help repair dry, cracked, damaged skin. The oil color is deep green and the soap color would be in light yellow.
