Recently, Twitter made an announcement that their new CEO will be Parag Agarwal. He is an Indian-American, i.e. an American with Indian roots. Parag was born in Ajmer (Rajasthan), he is an alumnus of IIT Bombay. So the news was bound to gather the attention of Indians. Some people congratulated him and expressed happiness, while others said that this is nothing in it to celebrate. It also reignited the topic of brain drain.
