In this video we make a brief but memorable stop in Benalmádena, and honestly… it surprised us more than we expected 🇪🇸🚐 We arrive in Benalmádena in our motorhome and show you the motorhome aire, giving a realistic look at what it’s like to stay here if you’re travelling the Costa del Sol by camper or motorhome. From there, we head out on foot for a relaxed walk through Parque de la Paloma, one of the greenest and most peaceful spots in the area. With lakes, wildlife, open spaces and a really calm atmosphere, it’s a lovely break from the busier seaside areas. We then finish the walk down by the coast, catching sunset near the iconic Castillo de Bil Bil, before strolling along the lower promenade. Here you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars and traditional chiringuitos, all with that relaxed evening buzz the Costa del Sol does so well. Benalmádena genuinely caught us off guard – it’s greener, calmer and more scenic than we expected, and it’s definitely somewhere we’ll be returning to for a longer stay.
