Shrimp Fried Rice – Quick & Easy Recipe Today I’m sharing a delicious homemade Shrimp Fried Rice using leftover rice and fresh veggies. This recipe is simple, flavorful, and perfect for lunch or dinner! Ingredients: 1 cup baby corn 1 carrot 1 bunch spring onion ¼ orange pepper ¼ yellow pepper ¼ green pepper ½ red onion 2 eggs ½ cup shrimp 3 cups leftover rice 1 cup green peas 1/3 cup cooking wine (optional) ½ cup soy sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup green onion Salt to taste Olive oil for cooking Cooking Steps: Cut baby corn, carrot, spring onion, peppers, and red onion into small pieces. Beat two eggs with a little salt. Heat a wok on high, add ½ tbsp oil, and scramble the eggs for 1–2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Add 1 tbsp oil and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes. Remove and set aside. Add another tbsp oil, sauté onion, peppers, corn, and carrot. Add leftover rice and green peas. Season with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
