A police officer and two store employees were released from the hospital after they were injured in a shooting at a southeast Denver gas station Monday night, the Denver Police Department said on Tuesday. A suspect was killed by an officer, police said. The shooting happened at the Maverik gas station at the intersection of South Parker Road and South Peoria Street.
