It’s been a long time but I’m back! ♥️ While this might just be the most difficult vlog I’ve ever recorded, sharing my journey through different life experiences brings me fulfillment when it can be an aide to others in their healing journey. In the intro is a clip from “A Diffrent World” Season 5, Ep.24 - “Save the Best for Last, Part 1" displays an interaction between main characters, Whitley Gilbert & Dwayne Wayne the night before Whitley gets married to Byron Douglas. Whitley & Dwayne previously called off their engagement months prior. In my recent studies of Attachment Theory, their characters display the behaviors of those with an Anxious-Attachment (Whitley) and an Avoidant-Attachment (Dwayne), and a conversation if these two attachment styles could say what they really feel when breaking up, instead of speaking from their attachment systems and core inner wounds. 𝑮𝑹𝑰𝑬𝑭 is one of the toughest emotions to heal through. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one through death or a break-up, the stages are consistent, even if they aren’t linear.
